Soundproof Canopy
We supply specialized soundproof enclosures that come in various
sizes. These are designed in our own design center and created from
special metal sheets. The enclosure are so designed that they reduce
the sound level to 75 decibels average as per IS 8528 Part 10.
The Acoustic enclosure consist of the following parts:
Base Frame
Base frame is fabricated either in ISMC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame is generally primer
coated and painted. We offer new ivory color for enclosures which is
powder coated and Tata blue for roof top and base which is liquid paint.
Fuel Tank
The fuel tank is fabricated out of
14SWG thickness CRCA MS sheets and is part of the base frame. It is
mounted on the base frame with a capacity for minimum eight hours
continuous running of the DG sets on full load.
Acoustic Insulation
We use Foam/Resin bonded Rock wool
which is non-igniting and noise reduction in nature is used to provide
acoustic insulation. They are properly clamped to all the doors, roof
and sides to absorb the noise.
Residential Silencer
An absorption type non-resistance
residential silencer which is insulated from inside with glass wool, is
provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.
Ventilation System
A suitably designed Drought ventilation system with axial blower is provided.
Vibration Insulation
We also have a specially designed
shock absorber for vibration insulation which is mounted between
enclosure and feet of engine and alternator.
