We manufacture AMF and Standard Control Panels that are fabricated from
the best raw materials to ensure effectiveness and hence the
reliability of the products.
AMF Panel
We manufacture a complete range of AMF control panels. Our control
panels are fabricated our of 16 SWG thickness, high grade CRCA Sheet
steel. Our control panels are suitable for 240/415V, Single/three
phase, 2/4 wire 50 Hz. AC supply. The quality materials used to
manufacture the control panels make them dust and vermin proof. They
are meticulously wired as per international standard and powder coated
to ensure a long life.
Silent features of our Control Panels are:-
General
- A power circuit consisting of Contactor, MCB and Fuses.
- Automatic start/stop of the Genset in case of AC mains' failure and its restoration respectively.
- Manual start/stop facility also provided.
Logic
- Mains failure: 3-attempt
engine cranking after mains failure otherwise the engine fails to
start. Engine starts-up within 8 sec. of mains failure otherwise 2 more
start pulses after every 8-9 seconds.
- Unhealthy mains: Any of the phase failure or voltage drops below set value.
- Mains restoration: Engine keeps running for 30 seconds before stopping, as recommended by the Engine manufacturer.
Metering
- One Ammeter with CTs & Selector switch, One Frequency meter, One Voltmeter with selector switch and one Hour meter.

- Load on DG

- High Water Temp./High cylinder head temp.
- Overload.

- Engine start/stop

Battery Charger:
A separate battery charger for continuous charging of batteries in
trickle/boost mode to ensure trouble free starting of the engine.
Standard Panel
We also fabricate Standard control
panels out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel suitable for 240/415V,
single/three phase/ 2/4 wire 50Hz AC electric supply. Our standard
panels are well engineered and leave no scope for errors.
